Care instructions
Keep your jewelry away from moisture and chemicals, remove it before showering, swimming, soaking in water, or working out.
Apply skin and beauty products before putting on jewelry and allow them to dry so they don’t damage the surface.
Remove jewelry before bed to prevent damage and breakage and store in a closed dry space such as a bag made of soft cloth or a box.
What is Shipping Policy?
* Free USPS ground shipping on all orders.
* USPS ground shipping time is typically 2-6 days but can be 3-10 days during peak holiday shopping periods.
* You will receive an e-mail within 12 hours of purchase to confirm the shipment date.
* You will receive notification once your order has shipped that includes tracking information and expected delivery dates.
* Faster delivery options may be purchased at checkout- cost varies per shipping carrier and the selected service.
* Please note that purchasing an upgraded shipping option for faster delivery does not change the handling time.
What is Handling Time?
* Handling time (the time between when you place your order and when it is shipped) is 1-7 business days.
* Most orders ship within 1-3 business days but handling time can be up to 7 days in peak holiday shopping periods between November 23rd and December 1st.
What is Return Policy?
* I accept returns on all eligible purchases within 30 days of the shipping date with no restocking fee.
* A free pre-paid return shipping label will be provided. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
* If buyer no longer has original packaging it is buyers responsibility to purchase a new return package.
What is Refund Policy?
* Full refunds are issued to the buyer after the return items have been received.
* You will receive notification once your full refund issued.
* Please drop return packages off at the post office at your earliest convenience to expedite your refund.
* Etsy will process your refund. Sellers cannot access buyers’ payment information.
* You should receive refund status updates directly from Etsy regarding how long it will take to see the charge reversed to the original payment method you chose.
What happens if you place an order by accident?
* If you place an order by accident let me know as soon as you discover it.
* If the item has not yet shipped I can easily cancel the order right away.
* If the order has already shipped out you will be issued a return label.
* When you receive the package in the mail simply apply the return label to the front of it - completely covering the original tracking barcode.
* Drop your return package off at USPS and make sure they scan it.
* Once return confirmed your full refund will be issued.
